The present study aims to bring to the discussion the issue of indigenous childhood and their educational relationships that happens in different formation contexts that the child is inserted. We treat in this article about Terena children of northern Mato Grosso, its culture and their ways of learning that establish contact with their peers, trying to understand how, through play and relationship with other members of the community, learning will be built and resignified by children in their daily actions.
