Abstract

This article focuses on the reality of human rights, identifying concepts, policies and activities of socio-educational intervention. The qualitative approach has supported theoretical reflections on human rights, its history and impact of the National Program for Human Rights III and it guaranteed interviews and the analysis of socio-educational activities undertaken by civil society organizations. Such work has allowed to broaden understanding of social practices, the path of movements researched, their proposals and prospects of changes based on their manager statements. The results may guide changes in favor of humanizing coexistence and re-qualification of programming actions.
