Abstract The text presents a reflection concerning the acceptance - or not -by part of the professors, of the speeches about the use of the new medias in mathematics teaching. The constitution of the arguments for the reflection was given by a research/extension about the mobilization of knowledge and practices of math teachers in the use of computers and other medias. The theoretical support has origin in the writings about media-education, the foucaultian studies and the Social Theory of the Learning
