The aimof this work is to show a transdutive reading, based on a diagnosis of the knowledge transmission in Occident, specially in Latinamerica. It's based on foucaultian ideas suchas "order of discours" and Polizeiwissenschaft ("science of public policies") which are exposed starting from of the "geophilosphical" ideas in Deleuze and Guattari. Two paths are possible: the concept as individuo, and the concept as individuation (Simondon). The first path allows racional french Instruction, romatic german Bildung (education), and Gestaltung (design). The second one would allow us to think a transductive reading and education.
