The study is a part of a research carried out together with the agroecological agriculturalists from Santa Rosa de Lima, the southern state of Santa Catarina, which aimed among other aspects, to understand the educational processes triggered by the agriculturalists in their families and communities in the light of these subjects perception. The qualitative study of phenomenological nature, in the conception of Merleau-Ponty's perception, applied unstructured interviews with five of these agriculturalists. Among the other results, the important role of these agriculturalists, their properties, and the properties of Agreco and Acolhida na Colônia associations as important subjects and sustainable educational areas respectively.
