Abstract

ANJOS, Alexandre Martins dos; ANJOS, Rosana Abutakka V. dos  and  NUNES, Eunice Pereira dos Santos. Assessment Methods in Three-dimensional Virtual Environments: cognitive aspects and sensory-motor skills. R. Educ. Públ. [online]. 2016, vol.25, n.59, pp.277-293. The increasing use of Three-dimensional Virtual Environments (VEs 3D) in educational contexts highlights the importance of outlining researches in order to evaluate learning and sensory-motor skills, as a way to verify if such environments contribute to the teaching process and to virtual training. This work presents methods to assess learning and sensory-motor skills in 3D VEs in educational contexts proposed by Nunes (2014) and Anjos (2014), validated by experimental studies and statistical analyses. The results authors showed that it is possible to measure knowledge and sensory-motor skills acquisition through these models.
