MAIO, Eliane Rose  and  LEITE, Lucimar da Luz. Gender and sexuality in children's plays and teaching: speech, consolidation, resistance and ambivalence. R. Educ. Públ. [online]. 2016, vol.25, n.60, pp.681-698. ISSN 2238-2097.  https://doi.org/10.5965/01045962v25n602016681.

This article presents the results of an analysis of representations exposed by teachers at a Kinder garten school, concerning the issues of gender and sexuality within children's games. A questio nnaire was held with 14 teachers of this educa tional institution, in which it was observed that the school may (re)produce gender and sexuality differences. This way, it has been considered the necessity to insert this topic in university courses for teachers and schools, from early childhood education.
