Abstract

FREITAS, Ana Paula de; MONTEIRO, Maria Inês Bacellar  and  CAMARGO, Evani Andreatta Amaral. Actions and reflections of teachers and researchers on the teaching practice with students with disabilities. R. Educ. Públ. [online]. 2017, vol.26, n.61, pp.57-76. The purpose of this paper is to identify the di fficulties reported by teachers on how to deal with students with disabilities, and analyze their actions and reflections on teaching practices. The theoretical and methodological assumptions were those of the cultural-historical perspective. Based on collaborative research, meetings were held with teachers of a public school. During the assessment, two units of analysis were identified: (1) the actions and reflections of teachers and researchers on how to teach students with disa bilities and (2) the difficulties encountered by teachers in their teaching practices. Results show the key role of the teachers and researchers’ re flections on the educational practices for teaching students with disabilities.
