his work deals with the identities of teachers of early Childhood Education, from their training itineraries. The objective is to understand the constitution of their pedagogical training, as well as to characterize their professional identity. Therefore, we used autobiographical reports from teachers at this stage of basic education in the municipality of Naviraí-MS. The data were collected through questionnaires given to the teachers, from which five participants were chosen to compose autobiographical narratives. It was found that teachers identify with early Childhood Education and that the construction of professional identity is related to their lives and formative processes.
