From there, it thinks bases for the elaboration of references for differentiated and concrete curricular projects, towards the effectiveness of the human rights, more specifically, the rights to diversity as part of the rights to citizenship. The text concludes that such fundamentals require investment projects in the positivity of the tension be tween universality and culturality, related to the positive tension between equalities and differences in the curriculum.
