Abstract

PIZZI, Jovino. The ethnocultural elements of a triangular pedagogy: the way to friendly hospitality. R. Educ. Públ. [online]. 2018, vol.27, n.65, suppl.2, pp.657-673. ISSN 2238-2097.  https://doi.org/10.29286/rep.v27i65/2.6888.

This paper is focused on the extraordinary socio-cultural weaving inspired by an episte mology of the Afro-Iberian-Amerindian word of life. The paper emphasizes the need for an ethno-cultural consideration of ethnic and racial multiplicity and insists on the need for a pedagogy capable of cultivating hospitality aimed at coexistence with diversity. The analysis takes into account geocultural considerations of a perspective that interconnects three continents: Africa, Europe and the Americas. At the same time, it intends to delineate an approach to the principles and aims of National Education in relation to the demands of Afro and Indigenous studies, from both historical and cultural point of view.

Keywords : Education; Geoculturality; Interculturality; Hospitality.
