The need formation of its workers and other society people was the motivation of some institutions of Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education to implement the Master's in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT, offered in national network. The characteristics of the master's degree has required the constitution of a multidisciplinary faculty. Although positive, this has required actions to enable this group to be closer to the foundations that theoretically underpin a Vocational Education that is based on integral human formation. In this text I report some results of these actions to change teachers' conceptions in two years of the program's operation.
