The present study aims to investigate the contributions and limitations of the training circles, through the experiences of a group of undergraduate students in Mathematics of a public university in Ceará, within the scope of PIBID. The study is linked to the qualitative approach. Observation and the field diary were used as instruments for data collection. The training circles provided the integration between the university and the school, establishing relationships based on collaborative work, aimed at learning the profession, mediated by the equity between theory and practice and by the contact between future teachers and teachers in office.
