The text reflects on the construction of Field Education with Pedagogy of Alternation in a municipal public school in Ji-Paraná / RO in order to highlight elements of the rural education Process for a field education. The methodology used is action research, with participant observation. It is concluded that a new pedagogical process appears with insecurities and conflicts, and Pedagogy of Alternation shifts the actions of the individual to the collective, forcing the subjects to integrate. Other important aspects are: criticality and protagonism of the students; proximity between teachers, administrators, students and their families; monitoring by the Municipal Education Secretariat.
