The article focuses on the dialogue between macro and microsystems evaluative data in the educational management field. Analyzes data from the Institutional Evaluation System (SAI) exploring responses from 174 students –Technical Course Dietetic Nutrition (microsystem)– comparing them with the manifestations of 150,004 students from different courses (macrosystem), aiming at the study of formative processes and the identification of interdependence between the Etecs of the Centro Paula Souza (CEETEPS), influenced by an organization that leaves "marks" of management efficiency. Reflections are brought evidencing positive evaluation on teaching/learning conditions, alongside little dialogue in the use of SAI results to improve the evaluation/decisional process of the Etecs.
