Abstract

SANCHES, Gislaine Gomes Granado  and  FRANCO, Sandra Aparecida Pires. Reader training: pedagogical proposal from the analysis of the constituent determinants in the short story “The Well” by Mário de Andrade. R. Educ. Públ. [online]. 2022, vol.31, e13780.  Epub Oct 24, 2022. ISSN 2238-2097.  https://doi.org/10.29286/rep.v31ijan/dez.13780.

This academical work aims at analyzing the constituent determinants of "The Well" and demonstrating that the Literary Reading develops thinking as well as the critical sense. The methodology used was bibliographic research with a critical-dialectical, qualitative approach, with approaches to Historical and Dialectical Materialism, emphasizing psychological, economic, work, and educational determinants. As a result, it was found, that the work with those determinants provides an immersion in the text, creating new possibilities of interpretation and understanding of the work "The Well". Furthermore, the reading develops thinking provides conditions for the readers to understand their reality, perceive and reflect on social injustices.
