Abstract: This work deals with the construction of heteroidentification boards at the Federal University of Rondônia (Unir) and Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). The methodology used bibliographic and documental research. The results indicate that within the scope of the Federal University of Amazonas, there were initiatives that ensured the effectiveness of affirmative action policies, for blacks, indigenous people, based on actions created by a Working Group, and at UNIR it instituted a GT for studies and feasibility for the implementation of hetero-identification boards for admission to undergraduate/postgraduate courses, as well as offering a course for the training of technicians and professors with a view to working on hetero-identification boards.
