Abstract

The work deals with the training developed by Escola da Terra/ Ceará, aiming to present the process of continuing education developed through action/project, with philosophical, pedagogical and didactic aspects that permeate the course of this training. It is a bibliographical and documental research that also counts on the data obtained through a questionnaire applied to the course participant at the beginning and at the end of the course, analyzed in the light of historical-dialectical materialism. It concludes that Escola da Terra contributes to the process of training course teachers and that the content developed meets their expectations, although in the 2020/2021 action, they encountered some difficulties because most of the course was carried out remotely, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
