This article is the result of a study on the School of Land Program in Amapá, as a continuing education policy for educators from rural schools with multigrade classes and quilombola schools. The continuing education program entitled "School of Land, Waters and Forests", was coordinated by the Federal University of Amapá, in partnership with the state secretariat, municipal secretariats of education and the Ministry of Education (MEC) and involved municipal managers, school principals, tutors, trainers and teachers from different territories of Amapá. In the dialogue with these actors, we highlight the challenges and the paths taken for the implementation, collegiate management and methodological organization of School of Land.
