The studies developed by Cesar Tello around the Epistemologies of Educational Policy approach, as well as his organic participation in the Red Latinoamericana de Estudios Epistemológicos en Política Educativa (Latin American Network of Epistemological Studies on Educational Policy) have made significant contributions to the analysis of the theoretical field of educational policy in terms of knowledge production in Latin America. In the present interview, Tello presents an overview of trends in studies on educational reforms in Latin America; some key elements that configure the reforms carried out by governmental agendas in the region and certain links between governments and international organisms in the Latin American Continent.
