The complex research objective of analyzing educational public policies in Latin America and the human condition is fulfilled, under a rhizomatic transmethod analysis with critical discourse analysis in a planetary decolonial inquiry. In the open interviews with collaborators from Iberoamerica, the disrespect for the human condition is evident, which is against life in public policies and the brief attention to such issues in education. Even despite the passage of colonization, global coloniality is established. In the article, awareness is promoted in professionals and attention to the complex concept of the human condition. In the complex relationship: nature-body-mind-soul-spirit-God that defines the human being, we must provoke a special connection that makes us turn to understand the human condition.
