This article focuses on the records made by educators in their educational practices in the field of non-formal education. Records are fundamental tools and the basis for the exercise of autonomy, reflection on the activities and knowledge, thus becoming an education over time, permanent, constant. The records are also elements that preserve memories and stories of different subjects, of the processes and of the educational institution. These records may include different languages such as: writing, imagery and sound and can be done in different media: two-dimensional and three dimensional. Records of educational indicators that provide allows us to think of them as "technologies of the self" in order to allow the subjectivity of the teachers, the ability to open space for reflection and appropriation to the teacher.
