SANTOS, Flávio Reis y ROTHEN, José Carlos. Technocracy and education: the political-social utopia saintsimonian. Sér.-Estud. [online]. 2015, n.39, pp.289-310. ISSN 2318-1982. https://doi.org/10.20435/2318-1982-2015-v.39(17).
The objective of the present study is to identify the technocratic reasoning contained in the works of Saint Simon for the construction of a fairer and more egalitarian society, as well as pointing out the instrumental utility of educational field to the appropriateness of the subject to the standards set and/or contracted by the company. To this end, we undertake a search of bibliographic slant, in reason we believe that the books and works of reference are perennial source from which it is possible to remove the evidence we need to sustain our declarations and theoretical arguments. Within the saintsimonian utopia, we conclude that the technocratic society can be seized by the primacy of productive technical efficiency, by use and rational application of intellectual and material resources, the appreciation of the activities inherent in the exercise of professional authority in order to guarantee the individual and collective well-being of society as a whole.
