This study aimed to set up a working group - through meetings, moments of reflection and interaction with the school teachers - in order to bring out the potentialities of each one, thus contributing to stimulate the act of doing things together. The methodological procedure was the pedagogical intervention, held in a school located in Jaguarão, in Rio Grande do Sul, in 2013. The data collection was done through interviews and field journal. This research has favored some fundamental aspects to the better school running: there was an increasing in the participation of teachers in the activities proposed by the management team and greater stimulation in class planning as a result of socializa tion experiences which have been proposed in the pedagogical meetings.
