This article presents the theoretical and methodological contributions of a Postgraduate Program in the Area of School Education (PPGE). It questions the methodologies and orientations of conservative writings to weave new ways of researching with the theoretical approaches and the creation processes of the school’s daily life. It analyzes the dissertations and theses defended in the Program covering the first seventeen years of the 21st century. Such an analysis of the production of meanings in Education is based on the qualitative approach, of bibliographic-documental type, and chooses relations with the knowledge lived as an investigative place. It focuses on the academic production of this PPGE and gathers different meanings that can be produced by bringing the conceptual field of everyday life closer to the inventive practices collected in dissertations and theses. The results presented by this research, through the approached writings and methodologies, show an exercise in differential and transforming pedagogical practices in/of/with the daily lives of public schools in the city of Sorocaba, SP, and region.
