This article aims to discuss remote training practices of a school community in the pandemic context of COVID-19. Methodologically, we sought support on the literature review, documentary research, and field research on the continued formation of a school community to integrate remote learning. Among the results found in this research, we would like to highlight the post-pandemic new normal, which requires new skills from education professionals, among which we highlight the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) resources, as well as the overcoming process of the precariousness of distance learning, remote learning, and face-to-face learning. In addition, it was possible to observe, through this study, that remote learning, as well as all human and technological activities, has been pointing to a paradigm shift accelerated by the new normal that COVID-19 has imposed on society as a whole, bringing the light of day and to people’s daily lives the results arising from the discoveries of fine chemistry, microelectronics, and nanotechnology, thus revolutionizing all the ways of living and coexisting of the citizen of the 21st century.
