This study discusses the elements that involve political-pedagogical practices withdeaf children in Early Childhood Education institutions, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, focusing on the importance of Libras in all experiences with children. During the research, the training of teachers to attend to the linguistic specificities of deaf children and the barriers encountered in the current moment of capitalist society, marked by exclusion, is emphasized. To reach this reflection, the research was carried out through a bibliographic review. The theoretical framework and the analysis of the works found present important results on the need to prioritize more effective public policies for the education of the deaf in Early Childhood Education that deal with the process of inclusion of deaf children in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The main results found show the lack of specific training for teachers, in order to provide the school inclusion of deaf children effectively, and the challenge of implementing bilingual education, which is currently considered a teaching modality.
