This paper analyzes the implementation of the pedagogical proposal PROEJA at a Federal Institute, taking in consideration curricular integration, the construction of the integrated curriculum in pedagogical practice and its relationship with the school culture. As a qualitative research, there was immersion in the reality of the Course and Institution through the gathering of documents, direct observation in meetings and classes, and semi-structured interviews with teachers and students. The results showed the present conflicts in the implementation of the program for the effective recognition PROEJA by the school culture.
