This article aims at analyzing, initially, the alliance between neoconservatism and neoliberalism in the educational field, as well as the unfolding of this process in the advance of public education networks partnerships with the military. We did a review of the documents that normalize these alliances, mainly, of the State of Goiás and the Federal District. We consider that the idea of democratic management is presented in the documents, but without the intention of effectiveness, considering the different devices of (re) disciplinarization and productivity that soften the common life.
