RIBEIRO, ADALBERTO CARVALHO and RUBINI, PATRÍCIA SILVA. From Oiapoque to Chuí – The militarized civilian schools: the experience in the far north of Brazil and the neoconservatism of brazilian society. The objective is to reflect on the reasons for the social acceptance of the new model of military management in civil schools showing the ritual in a particular unit, located in northern Brazil. The methodological approach is qualitative with studies in the literature, consultations with journalistic sites and empirical research with in loco observations, informal conversations, and interviews regarding the experience in Amapá. The method of field instrument analysis was discourse analysis. The results show that there is nothing new in the model of civilian schools that is now managed by the military. It is the old banking pedagogy that removes the protagonism of the student. We are facing one of the neoconservative facets in progress in Brazil.
