This work presents reflections on the formation of the National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age (PNAIC) and is based on these three questions: what are the impacts of a formation that covers the national territory with its peculiarities? How does this formation materializes in the reality of each school? What is the conception of literacy advocated in this complex and diffuse process? It is not intended to have closed answers to such questions, however, they help us to think about the defense of the right to continuing education, which constitutes as time/space for raising awareness about the pedagogical practice and about understanding the role of the school of enhancing integral human formation.
