The article deals with the democratic management of the school in the Freirean perspective. Passages of Freire’s work that we believe contain important epistemological elements for the construction of a democratic school management were selected and taken as starting points for reflection. We propose, based on Freire’s work, some steps, as ways to contribute to raising the level of democratic relations in school management.
