Abstract

ANDRADE, ALEX  and  PALOTTI, PEDRO LUCAS DE MOURA. The public policy of financial support to Natalândia family agricultural school: a focus on implementation. Revista Brasileira de Política e Administração da Educação [online]. 2021, vol.37, n.3, pp.1325-1345.  Epub Mar 15, 2022. ISSN 2447-4193.  https://doi.org/10.21573/vol37n32021.109499.

This article sought to understand the process of implementing the state policy of financial support to Family Agricultural Schools in Minas Gerais from the bottom-up theory and current writings on street-level bureaucrats. To this end, three focus groups were held with teachers, families, and students from these schools in the municipality of Natalândia/MG. The results show that the implementation was successful due to the joint implementation, which guaranteed the implementers of Alternation Pedagogy the ability to dialogue in favor of the essence of the program.

Keywords : Public policies; bottom-up implementation; street-level bureaucrats; Alternation Pedagogy; agroecological transition.
