This article explores textual elements unveiled by the principals of municipal schools concerning the challenges and opportunities experienced during the pandemic context. This is a qualitative study carried out in two phases: filling out an online form and a conversation circle. Results show that municipal principals faced challenges with interactive technologies, but also experienced opportunities built in a unique way, considering the absence of clear government guidelines that could mitigate the lack of coordination in education networks during the pandemic.
