Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand post-graduate studies through Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Skills. A questionnaire was applied to 125 graduate students. The results show Dynamic culture as predominant. The relevant Competencies factors are: Knowing how to work in team, Having autonomy, and Knowing how to act. The factors of Job Satisfaction are: Getting involved in performing the job, Clarity in the task, Meaningful task, Feedback, and Emotional health. The results contribute to the understanding and improvement of the researchers’ work environment.
