Abstract

The goal of this study is to analyze the performance of interest groups during the decision-making process on Provisional Measure 746/2016, the current High School Reform. The method used was a content analysis of documents available on the National Congress website and journalistic articles. The results reveal the performance of different interest groups and an alignment of business groups and public agencies to defend the initial proposal of the Executive Branch.
