This research aimed to analyze the interfaces of the public-private relation with the execution of policies of teachers´ formation, especially in the implementation of BNCC in the North Area of Brazil. It is documentary research based on Fairclough (2010), according to Dialectical-historical materialism. The results showed the power and influence of the private institutions, strengthening the market of the educational formation, with reduced presence of the public universities.
