The objective was to investigate the working conditions of Elementary School teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory study. It was attended by 44 Elementary School teachers through semi-structured online interviews. Discursive Textual Analysis was used. Adaptations were identified in the structure and infrastructure of teachers and students during this period, difficulties in trying to reconcile work with life, as well as changes in the teaching-learning process.
