The work aims to trace a delimitation of knowledge about the theme of regulation and educational management by results, conveyed by academic works in the field of Education, dated 2015 to 2020, in the specificity of the theoretical and methodological aspects mobilized. To this end, it uses publications in the form of theses available in the Capes Theses and Dissertations Catalog, accessed through the application of descriptors and filters, whose analysis focuses on a set of aspects of the theoretical-methodological domain. The results show consistency between focused themes and lines of research of the authors and adherence between levels of analysis, theoretical frameworks, and approaches adopted, in addition to the prevalence of critical positioning, with the establishment of central relationships to the understanding of the theme.
