This study aims to present an overview of the impacts of the covid-19 pandemic on educational management, with the object of analysis of the academic and scientific production on the period (2020-2021) available in the Google Academic repository. The analysis of the material points to issues that directly affected the performance of managers, such as the precariousness of remote teaching in relation to face-to-face; low involvement of families in the return of activities to schools; the need to invest more in technological resources in order to address all students; and with emphasis on the pressure suffered by managers to instrument their teacher staff to meet the new demands of remote education, through training for the correct use of digital tools, the adaptation of classes to the digital model and challenges of distance literacy.
