This research analyzes the relationship between University Management, Quality, and Performance in the perception of students of business administration courses. In terms of methodological procedures, this study is classified as quantitative, descriptive, and survey research. The population was 853 students enrolled in management courses and the sample comprised 355 respondents. The article has three hypotheses to investigate how these constructs are related. The collected data were tabulated using Google Forms® and the technique used for analysis was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which was performed using the Adanco® software. The main results revealed that based on the total effects of the model, it was found that the three hypotheses of this study were confirmed, either by the direct or indirect effect and pointing to the partial mediation of Quality in the relationship.
