The analyses presented here are structured around the following questions: Are we in times of dismantling of the State of Human Rights? To dismantle our weak democratic traditions? To impose a State of Market and Capital? Of the destruction of the State of Social Rights? The analysis advances by questioning whether we are in times of resistance to the Market State and reinvention of the State of Human Rights, focusing on historical issues in the management of human rights and the management of the right to education as central issues. Are these times to Rebuild the State of Rights and reinvent another management of the right to another education?
