With a political career linked to left-wing parties, there are many themes and reflections raised by Saturnino Braga's interview. Recorded and later transcribed, the interview includes analyses of the political consequences faced by Saturnino after he chaired the CPI to investigate Globo's contract with the American Time-Life group, suggesting that this was one of the possible reasons why the CIEPs did not win greater support from society and from the governments that followed Saturnino and Brizola at municipal and state level.
