Abstract

This study is anchored in training research, the objective of which was to investigate the development of training processes that are based on narratives produced from the elaboration of training spirals. To this end, the notion of training is initially explored from a biographical perspective; the metaphor of the spiral is presented; three movements are discussed, circumference, amplification and reconstellation, which supported the elaboration and analysis of the narratives; and, finally, the narratives and spirals produced in the context of the studio are analyzed. It was observed that the research participants, when elaborating their training stories and representing them through a spiral, discovered how much they were impacted by the experiences they had lived and that, by giving new meaning to them in partnership with the other participants, they showed that they were more attentive to the place they occupy in the profession and in the lives of others with whom they live, be they family, friends or students.
