Abstract

This article's theme is the Base Nacional Comum Curricular's (BNCC) Languages and its Technologies axis from the point of view of researchers from the area of Language Arts and Literature, most specifically, the positive and negative factors those researchers notice in BNCC, expressed in their articles. Therefore, the research problem that guides this work is: what perceptions did the Language Arts and Literature researchers develop concerning BNCC's axis of Language and its Technologies? The general aim of this article is to critically analyze the axis of Language and its Technologies based on researchers from the field of Language Arts and Literature's academic production. Through the Periódicos Capes platform, sixteen articles were selected, all produced by researchers from the area of Language Arts and Literature who analyze BNCC's axis of Language and its Technologies and who published their works integrally. Among the positive factors noticed by authors, the enunciate-discursive perspective adopted by the axis of Language and its Technologies should be emphasized. And amidst the negative factors, the researchers' dissatisfaction due to BNCC’s imposing and unifying character, which harms teaching autonomy, is highlighted. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that, although teachers agree to some pedagogical practices and teaching perspectives contained in BNCC, they would like to be able to elaborate their own curriculums to better meet with their students' needs, considering the context they are in.
