O ingresso maci&#231;o de mulheres na advocacia n&#227;o conseguiu reverter a l&#243;gica masculina com que ela foi constru&#237;da, no in&#237;cio do s&#233;culo XX, estando as mulheres concentradas nos est&#225;gios iniciais da carreira. A pesquisa apresentada investigou os principais &#243;bices e as estrat&#233;gias utilizadas pelas mulheres para ascender profissionalmente em dez das 20 maiores sociedades de advogados da capital paulista]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article deals with the processes of internationalization and feminization of law which, in Brazil, occurred simultaneously with the stratification of the profession. The massive entry of women into law firms could not reverse the male logic on which it was built, in the early 20th century, as women were concentrated in the early stages of the career. This study examined the main obstacles and the strategies used by women to rise professionally in ten of the twenty largest law firms in the city of S&#227;o Paulo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[R&#233;sum&#233; Cet article traite des processus d&#8217;internationalisation et de f&#233;minisation du m&#233;tier d&#8217;avocat qui, au Br&#233;sil, se sont produits en m&#234;me temps que la stratification de cette profession. L&#8217;entr&#233;e en masse des femmes dans celle-ci n&#8217;a pas r&#233;ussi &#224; renverser la logique masculine de sa construction au d&#233;but du XX si&#232;cle, les femmes &#233;tant toujours concentr&#233;es dans les niveaux les plus bas de la carri&#232;re d&#8217;avocat.
