O foco &#233; para a obra de Dav&#253;dov. Esse autor pensou a objetiva&#231;&#227;o dos fundamentos da mencionada teoria no ensino e formulou a Teoria do Ensino Desenvolvimental. Tal proposi&#231;&#227;o foi publicada em artigos e livros, e tamb&#233;m sistematizada por meio de livros did&#225;ticos, manuais de orienta&#231;&#227;o ao professor e relatos de experi&#234;ncia. No presente artigo analisamos a proposi&#231;&#227;o davydoviana para o ensino do conceito de multiplica&#231;&#227;o. Os resultados indicam que a referida proposi&#231;&#227;o contempla a inter-rela&#231;&#227;o das significa&#231;&#245;es aritm&#233;ticas, alg&#233;bricas e geom&#233;tricas por meio de microciclos orientados em um movimento conceitual de redu&#231;&#227;o do concreto ao abstrato e de ascens&#227;o do abstrato ao concreto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper seeks to incite some reflections about the relationship between man and time. Methodologically, the text takes on a qualitative approach supported by literature research. Initially, the author mentions the power exercised by an instrument originally designed to serve humanity: the clock. Then, present elements that indicate how the relationship between human and time produces several acceptances, contradictions and breaks in modern society. The paper discusses the relationship between time in modernity and concepts of work, consumption, productivity and performance. Finally, the text denounces the existence of social and economic forces that promote dictatorship of "productivity and performance" within the academy. Even, these forces show themselves insensitive to adverse consequences both for research as for academic production.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Este art&#237;culo pretende provocar reflexiones sobre la relaci&#243;n entre el hombre y el tiempo. Metodol&#243;gicamente, el texto adquiere un enfoque cualitativo apoyado en una investigaci&#243;n bibliogr&#225;fica. Inicialmente, se destaca el poder ejercido por un instrumento originalmente dise&#241;ado para servir a la humanidad: el reloj. A continuaci&#243;n se presentan los elementos que indican c&#243;mo la relaci&#243;n del hombre con el tiempo produce varias aceptaciones, contradicciones y rupturas en la sociedade moderna. Se discuten las tenues relaciones entre el tiempo en la modernidad y los conceptos de trabajo, de consumo, de productividad y de rendimiento. Por &#250;ltimo, el texto denuncia la existencia de fuerzas sociales y econ&#243;micas que promueven la ditadura "la productividad y rendimiento" dentro de la academia. Incluso, estas fuerzas se manifiestan insensibles a las consecuencias nefastas, tanto para la investigaci&#243;n como para la producci&#243;n acad&#233;mica.]]></p></abstract>
