Pretende-se, com a análise desenvolvida, evidenciar o fato de que as ações focais constituem, no contexto capitalista, tão somente políticas de naturalização e funcionalização da pobreza.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article analyzes the Factory School Project implemented by the Ministry of Education via SETEC/PROEP, in 2005. It reveals the fact that the supposedly new initiatives aimed at education of the working class, in particular the most exploited and poverty stricken portions, constitute new arrangements of the same logic that over history generated a set of educational proposals that attend the immediate and intermediary needs of the capitalist system. The analysis reveals the fact that in the capitalist context, these actions are simply policies for the naturalization and functionalization of poverty.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Cet article a pour but d’analyser le Projet l’Ecole de l’Usine, mis en application par le Ministère de l’Education (SETEC/PROEP), en 2005. Il montre que ces nouvelles initiatives dirigées vers l’éducation de la classe ouvrière, en particulière les groupes les plus exploitées, constituent d’arrangements d’une même logique et un ensemble des projets educatifs qui visent à repondre aux besoins du capital. L’analyse démontre que ces actions focales constituent, dans le contexte capitaliste, justement des politiques de ‘naturalisation’ et ‘d’utilisation functionale’ de la pauvreté.]]></p></abstract>
