Buscou-se verificar como os professores e profissionais do PEI interagem, articulam e colaboram entre si para a realização de suas atividades. Observaram-se também quais tensões, problemas e dificuldades ocorrem ao longo da instauração do movimento de colaboração no trabalho. Para responder a essas questões, foi realizado um estudo qualitativo, tendo sido selecionadas três escolas para a pesquisa de campo. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram a pesquisa documental, a observação e a entrevista semiestruturada. Participaram, como sujeitos dessa investigação, os professores da escola regular, os profissionais do PEI, as diretoras das escolas e os coordenadores do Programa. Os resultados mostram as dificuldades organizacionais e as precárias condições de trabalho das escolas da RMEBH para a concretização de um trabalho conjunto entre os professores e profissionais do PEI, considerando principalmente: os dois turnos de realização da escola regular e os horários do Programa nos contraturnos escolares; a falta de regulamentação de horários comuns para o encontro dos sujeitos da pesquisa; as diferenças de formação, contrato, salário e jornada de trabalho. Obteve-se também como resultado a existência de uma colaboração confortável entre professores e profissionais do PEI, baseada em uma aproximação espontânea entre esses sujeitos para a realização de atividades pontuais de natureza mais imediata..]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents a synthesis of a research's results focused investigating the relationship established between the work of regular school teachers and professionals from the Integrated School Program (PEI) in the Education Network of Belo Horizonte (RME/BH). It was aimed to check how the teachers and professionals of PEI interact, articulate and collaborate to carry out their activities. It also observed which tensions, problems and difficulties occur along the establishment of collaboration at work. To answer these questions it was conducted a qualitative study, three schools were selected for field research. The data collection instruments were documental research, observation and semi-structured interview. Participated, as subjects of this research, the regular school teachers, PEI&#8217;s professionals, the school&#8217;s principals and coordinators of the program. The results show the organizational difficulties and the precarious working conditions of schools in RME/BH for the implementation of a joint work between the teachers and professionals from PEI, especially considering: both shifts of regular school and the schedules of PEI between school's shifts; the lack of regulation for common hours to get all the research subjects together; the differences in training, contract, wages and working hours. It was also obtained as a result the existence of a comfortable collaboration between teachers and PEI&#8217;s professionals, based on a spontaneous approach between these subjects to perform specific activities of more immediate nature.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo presenta la síntesis de los resultados de una investigación dedicada a indagar sobre las relaciones establecidas entre el trabajo desarrollado por los profesores de la escuela regular y el realizado por los profesionales que actúan en el Programa Escola Integrada (PEI) de la Red Municipal de Educación de Belo Horizonte (RME/BH) en Minas Gerais, Brasil. Se busca verificar de qué manera los profesores y profesionales del PEI inter-actúan, se articulan y colaboran entre ellos para la realización de sus actividades. Se observa también las tensiones, problemas y dificultades que ocurren durante la instauración del movimiento de colaboración en el trabajo. Para responder a esas cuestiones se realizó un estudio cualitativo, seleccionando tres escuelas para el trabajo de campo. Los instrumentos de recolecta de datos fueron la investigación documental, la observación y la entrevista semiestructurada. Participaron, como sujetos de esta investigación, los profesores de la escuela regular, los profesionales del PEI, las directoras de las escuelas y los coordinadores del Programa. Los resultados muestran las dificultades de organización y las precarias condiciones de trabajo de las escuelas de la RME/BH para la concreción de un trabajo conjunto de profesores y profesionales del PEI, considerando principalmente: los dos turnos de la escuela regular y los horarios del Programa en contraturnos; la falta de reglamentación de horarios comunes para el encuentro de los sujetos de la investigación; las diferencias de formación, contrato, salario y jornada de trabajo. Se obtuvo también como resultado la existencia de una colaboración confortable entre profesores y profesionales del PEI, basada en una aproximación espontánea entre estos sujetos para la realización de actividades puntuales de naturaleza más inmediata.]]></p></abstract>
