O material de análise é parte de um acompanhamento de dois programas televisivos, Encontro com Fátima Bernardes e Esporte Espetacular, que foram analisados por um ano, totalizando 31 edições. Neste trabalho, abordamos 7 edições. A análise tem por base os estudos foucaultianos em educação e, dentro do seu arcabouço teórico, escolhemos os conceitos-ferramentas de governamento e modos de subjetivação. Destacamos que a mídia exerce uma condução de juízos dos telespectadores, operando modos de subjetivação por intermédio da participação de pessoas com deficiência. Uma participação que não é desinteressada, mas está conectada à compreensão da pessoa com deficiência como aquela capaz de se superar constantemente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to discuss how some media programs operate modes of subjectivation to conduct viewers' judgment in relation to people with disabilities. The analysis material is part of a follow-up of two television programs, Encontro com Fátima Bernardes (Encounter with Fátima Bernardes) and Esporte Espetacular (Spectacular Sport), which were analyzed for one year, totaling 31 editions. In this work, we cover 7 editions. The analysis is based on Foucaultian studies in education and, within its theoretical framework, we have chosen the concepts-tools of governance and modes of subjectivation. We emphasize that the media conducts viewers' judgments, operating modes of subjectivation through the participation of people with disabilities. A participation that is not disinterested, but is connected to the understanding of the person with disability as one capable of constantly overcoming.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir cómo algunos programas de medios de comunicación operan modos de subjetivación para conducir el juicio de los espectadores en relación con las personas con discapacidad. El material de análisis forma parte del seguimiento de dos programas de televisión, Encontro com Fátima Bernardes (Encuentro con Fátima Bernardes) y Esporte Espetacular (Deporte Espectacular), que fueron analizados durante un año, totalizando 31 ediciones. En este trabajo, cubrimos 7 ediciones. El análisis se basa en los estudios foucaultianos sobre educación y, dentro de su marco teórico, hemos elegido los conceptos-herramientas de governanza y modos de subjetivación. Destacamos que los medios de comunicación llevan a cabo los juicios de los espectadores, operando modos de subjetivación a través de la participación de personas con discapacidades. Una participación que no es desinteresada, sino que está conectada con la comprensión de la persona con discapacidad como alguien capaz de superarse constantemente.]]></p></abstract>
